Terms: 30 days same as cash, 1% per month service charge for arrears.

All books and CD-ROMs are returnable within 1 year of purchase at 50% if received in resalable condition. All e-books will be e-mailed directly to your customer.  Other orders may be drop- shipped or sent to your address.  If you require a W-9 form, please request it at the time of your order.

Consignment option: 20% discount, no shipping, fully returnable after a minimum of 150 days, at our expense.
